can somebody help me make a modpack playset

hi there kings, I really want to make a Steam workshop collection for ck3 containing all the good quality mods that are compatible and still getting updated, I want to make a collection with as much new content as possible above the base game
maybe even make another one with more realistic hardcore mods included
it would be good if this collection could support overhaul mods like The Fallen Eagle or AGOT
the reason is that a new player who wants to start using mods, he needs to find them and to do the load order right which would take a lot of time researching what mods are updated and good and how to load them correctly. doing a features-packed collection of all the up-to-date mods without any overhauls but with support to add overhauls to the collection would be beneficial to all of the community
