Summary

Can use harsh treatment on subjects' rebels

Description

A previous exploit enabling you to handle subjects' rebels seems to have been fixed, but I've found another one: using the outliner, you can use harsh treatment to reduce uprising progress.

Steps to reproduce

In the attached save my vassal Livonian Order has Fraticelli heretic rebels at 40%. If you click on them in the outliner, their view in the stability tab appears, from which you get the "Accept demands" and "Harsh Treatment" buttons. Accepting demands doesn't work (which is correct), but harsh treatment does (it spends some mil and reduces progress to 10%).
