I begun work on an industrial building and wonder how far I can take it. This will be my first building for the game and I have some questions before I get deep into it.

Can we make ploppable buildings that have functionality or just growable at this point? I would like to make it unique so there's only one in the city.

If yes, is it possible to make the building have a dependency factor like a certain "milestone"?

Can we make our own milestones, or conditions that would open up a custom building or have an effect on the city?

Try having a look at the monument or unique building types in the asset editor and look at the metadata options you get for both. at the moment though the asset editor is quite limited as to what is exposed - everything is pretty generic for now, but they might expand upon it later?
