Canceling the travel for the Petition Liege activity gives you free Fame [1.9.0.30][72ec]

Description​

Taking the Petition Liege decision (which costs 200 prestige) and then canceling out of it in the travel planning stage refunds your prestige but doesn't use the add_prestige_no_experience effect, so you can use it to farm infinite Fame.

Steps to reproduce​

Take the Petition Liege decision, then close the travel planning window, and note that the refunded prestige was also applied to your Fame. I've attached screenshots showing the amount of fame before and after cancelling the travel.
