You need to relaunch the game once after the mod downloads, then it will show up in the dropdown menu in Lumina LUT Textures.
Sorry to be picky, but I think this applies to many mods.
1. You don't actually describe up front, in brief, what the Mod does for the user, and
2. You don't really include any details of how it is used - just some pictures.
This isn't a complaint - just a general piece of feedback.

On the other hand, your images tell me that I want it, and would download it, if I knew how to use it.
I just tried this and I had a couple of issues.
1. When I got to step 2 I opened the dropbow and candy commercial was not an option from the list
2. I tried to exit game and it was stuck on autosaving game. I had to use task manager to quit the game.
Any help is appreciated as I wanted to check it out. Thank you.

Update to my post. I did an unistall and tried again and it worked. This seems to be a pretty cool tool. Thank you!
