Synthetic Dawn, Utopia, Leviathans Story Pack, Apocalypse
Do you have mods enabled?
No
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
In midgame I cannot build any buildings, ships, armies etc in planetary screen. I got all needed resources but it says that im not. Recource needed to build is marked red. It says that i need science points as a resource.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
