Cannot change republic capital. Am now leader of Republic of the Littlefinger castle's Iron Throne.

I think that New Republics on deposing rulers shall make the de jure designated capital the new capital. I tried to play littlefinger, but the Free city of Iron Throne is now a bigass republic empire led by littlefinger from his little dirty province of 1 castle...

The Iron Throne does not have a dejure capital, which would be cause of this oddity. We will make it so if the Iron Throne somehow becomes a republic its capital is Kings Landing. Thanks for the report!

I also thought I could have treated it as a second kings landing building it up from the incredible income of the continent, but at the same time the province was shit with too few free slots to build something huger than kings landing.

Speaking on merchant republics, does anyone else have the issue of feudal lords inheriting to merchant republics? I don't want to continue consoling lands back to me to give them back to the same people so they become feudal again.
