Cannot create pre-1936 scenario--CTD bug introduced by 1.05

If you try to create your own pre-1936 scenario you get a crash after 24 hours with the following error message:

This can be reproduced by changing the start date of the 1936 scenario. This did not affect 1.04, so it is a bug introduced by the 1.05 patch

And where is the fix? This kind of bug deserves a supplementary release, as it renders some scenarios unplayable.

A 'supplementary release' indeed. More commonly known as a "patch".
