Are they next to the enemy? If so, this was changed because many players felt strategically redeploying from provinces next to the enemy was an exploit.

I just found out that Garrisons cant be redeployed anyway...looks broken...and disabling strategic redeployment to frontline or from frontline is the most stupid thing I ever heard....as a Province can be 100km in extension or more...so you cant bring your units into the back of the front with Trains????...who said that idiot thing ?...How these guys think all the Tigers and Panthers have been arrived to Kursk in 1943 before Operation Citadell....They where certainly no driving up there....yes..the answer is they have been transported up to a few Km to the front by Train..... I cant stand these nonsens ...this is to much...

I can accept that they may say redeploy "from" to rescue troops before being surrounded (that can be seen as an exploit) but this has nothing to do with redeploy "to" in order to bring more troops to the front or redeploying Garrisons to fight Partisans.

The player must be able to redeply Garrisons at will whenever he find it necesarry as these units are not mobile...having this disabled is not just nonsens and totally unrealistic but gamebreaking as garrisons are totally essential for holding occupied ground.

Can somebody please tell me what to change and where to go back to what it was?....Obviously the current stuff doesn work as I cant redeploy any Garrison to any place...

My garrisons redeploy just fine (as Japan, with my starting garrisons). Are you control-right clicking?

:rofl::rofl::rofl:...are you serious ????....nahhhh...is the "disabled strategic redeploy" next to enemy provinces "feature"...I call this the DSR annoyment.....super unrealistic having about 10 Garrison Divisions on the French/German Border without any battle going on and I cant move the Garrisons away cause the cant be redeployed neither they can walk away like normal Infantry or Tanks...this is just stupid and the most unrealistic stuff in any HoI Game since the beginning....as Garrisons cant move by their own the stategic redeployment cant be disabled for them...I understand that for normal infantry the strategic redeployment can be used as an exploit to get troops out of a pocked before they get enclosed but come on....the player has to be able to move his Garrisons whenever he want to where ever he needs...It cant be that they are trapped just because 50 km further ahead is the enemy...unrealistic and annoying...

I repeat the former....can somebody please tell me where and how to change that back to the original....at least for the Garrisons...Infantry and Tanks can just walk away....That would be most appreciated....
