Confirmed Cannot end regency because my regent is out of diplomatic range

Cannot end regency because my regent is out of diplomatic range

Description​

I was playing in Iberia and designated a high-skill courtier of mine to be regent, when I died and became a child he left my court for India. The regent became entrenched, and when I became an adult I couldn't end the regency as he was outside of diplomatic range.

(I suffered a ton of rebellions and had my capital sieged while I was a child and I don't know if that had anything to do with it)

Steps to reproduce​

1. Designate a random courtier with a high chance to leave court as your regent.
2. Die and become a child.
3. Regent now leaves court and when you become an adult are forever stuck with a regent increasing their power in your kingdom.

Good to know that they don't changed the wanderer system.

Devs, where is the point of this new travel mechanic, if characters are still able to teleport away?
I mean the point of this mechanic is, that characters can no longer teleport away.
