Description​

I was targeted in this war by the Byzantine Emperor while part of a crusade, and probably just after crushing an independence faction.

After the Crusade went sideways, I focused on this defensive war. Then the attacker lost his empire title. Now I have well over 100% war score, but I can't enforce. I can't even white peace. And yes, I've restarted the game. I've gone back to the main menu, and completely exited CK3 and reloaded. No change.

It's also odd that the war score from holding the objective should be positive, since I'm the defender and control everything. The total score shows it as positive, but when I mouseover the score from the objective is negative.

When I mouseover the "Will not accept" bar, I see: War Score: +40. Base Reluctance: -99. Total: -59.

I'm on the current version, but the game started months ago.

Steps to reproduce​

The attacked declared war on me when I was already involved in the great holy war. Unsure if that is related. The attacker changed from the Byzantine emperor to his current lesser title, but I may have already noticed I couldn't declare white peace before his title changed. At that point, I just decided to go for 100%, and I completely occupy his territory now.
