It's a bug. You need to delete the blank spaces in the IP field before typing in your IP. Just click on the place you normally type the IP in and press delete a couple of times before entering the IP address. That should fix your problem... still waiting for Paradox to fix the bug

Well, the error that Mezzo shows, I think it doesn't has to do with that evil blank space, since that one it makes the EU2 to hang... it's more likely that Mezzo's host have a firewall or a router so he can't reach it...

Failed to find game

I received an error when I tried to join Mezzo's game ( and others that were helping me ) in Vnet; the error started with the exact phrase: "Failed to find game." There was other info about an IP address that came after the first line, but the screen clears itself after a few seconds, so I don't have the exact wording.

My problem was that my ( SonicWall ) Firewall was in Stealth Mode ( I believe this is a company specific catchy marketing phrase ). In stealth mode the firewall is silent on the Internet and does NOT respond when its ports are queried. When I toggled this security feature off I was able to reliably join EU2 games on Vnet.

I was looking for a place to share this little tidbit of info and then I saw Mezzo's thread.

Note: when I do an advanced search of "Failed Find Game," I get a white screen ( "of death?" ) and the following:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 25165824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 12 bytes) in /home/fs1/forum/includes/functions.php on line 319

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 25165824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 0 bytes) in Unknown on line 0

With my adsl I cannot join others or host for others either. It has the message "No IP found". I disabled my firewall, and our server doesn't have one. I think that my ISP might be blocking direct access to my IP or something.
