To be able to fix it as quickly as possible, I need a little more information to reproduce this. Are there any special game settings where it always crashes, or is it regardless of what you try? What Game Mode, World Size, Number of Great Mages, that kind of thing.
Also, what mods if any do you have active (for all players)? And are they draft or published? Does it still crash if you disable all mods?

Thanks, that might definitely make a difference. We're looking into it trying to reproduce it.
We've confirmed that these crashes are indeed related to the DLC mismatch. Should hopefully be fixed in short order. =)
