Description​

I sent volunteers to the US and UK as Finland, but my volunteers in the US spawned in Maryland, and cannot move anywhere that isn't on the continental US. As it says that 0 convoys are allocated to my divisions despite me and the US having over 500 convoys

Steps to Reproduce​

Send Volunteers to (for example) the US
Try and move them from Maryland to Casablanca (also owned by the US)
They cannot move as it says 0 convoys allocated

Are you playing on a save from the previous/older version of the game​

Does the US have any *free* convoy? AFAIK volunteers use their host's convoy
