I cannot open the the console in 1.3, the usual method of holding down Alt and pressing numpad 2 then 1 isn't working for me anymore. I've even tried re-installing the game and the patch, it didn't work.

Is everyone seeing this? Has anyone been able to get to the console in 1.3?
 
I have version 1.3 and holding {alt} then pressing numpad {2} then numpad {1} brought up the console command window for me.
 
Alright, for whatever reason my unicode settings were messed up, and screwing around with them allowed me to use the console command again. Sorry for wasting your time Andrew. :eek:o
