cannot open game from launcher

i got a lot of crash before on launch loading screen
tried verify files etc and doesnt work, then i cant start the game from launcher
then i start the game using the ck3.exe for awhile, still get a lot of crash on launch loading screen
i never use any mode or any dlc at this point


then i uninstall the game, deleting all the folder in my document related to paradox and ck3
uninstalling paradox launcher from "add or remove program"

then i bought all the dlc, reinstalling the game
i thought when i reinstall everything i wont get this error message again from launcher
but here it is, still cant open the game from launcher

my pc is still new
playing a lot of game without issues
and i see a lot of people stating this issue (from a long time ago also) *crash on loading screen, launcher bug, etc

the problem is with the game, cant u fix ur games , dear paradox ?
why even make the "PARADOX LAUNCHER" when i need to open it with the ck3.exe everytime

Make sure NONE of these files are set to run as the WIndows Admin user:

steam.exe
ck3.exe (in the Steam CK3/binaries folder)
dowser.exe (in the Steam CK3/launcher folder)
C:/users/{username}/AppData/Local/Programs/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2.2024.17/paradox launcher.exe
C:/users/{username}/AppData/Local/Programs/Paradox Interactive/bootstrapper-v2.exe
