Cannot publish Map Theme

I get the following when I try to publish a map theme on the workshop.

How can I fix this?
Theme is "Pulished" to new maps and I can make a map locally on my system.
When I try and share it from content manager this error comes up and a the theme fails to upload.

Sounds like it's too large a file. What's the size and format of the textures you used?

Format of all the textures and normals is all png.
The size of the crp file is ... 44Mb

Solved it. It was the snapshot. I edited the snapshot to add some text and when I saved it it was 5Mb large. Shrank it to 512x256 and it was 412kb large. Upload worked after that.
