Cannot Remove Default face items of male characters(Player,AI)

Description​

My version is 1.14.2.2.since the new dlc there is no option to remove face items.for example when i play in 1178? And command an army myself the coat of arms crest appears and hair vanishes.if i pick another face item it just overlaps.in earlier versions there was an option called "no facewear".same with eye glasses if it's default.please help.

Steps to reproduce​

Start a game as an adventurer in the lastest time.1178?.western culture with catholism.declare war then raise the army.command the army yourself.i change the clothes from default to what i like.but no matter what i choose i can't change facewear.the coat of arms crest appears above head and hair disappers.

Ah this is good to know. I'm pretty sure this is the same issue reported here: https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/foru...haracters-with-no-way-to-remove-them.1705647/

But the fact that it is happening to more than just veils is useful and may point to a fix... I want to take a look later to see if I can understand why "None" for face gear is instead the same as "default". It may not be hard to fix.

I realized there is an option says no facewear in female characters.just not males.only if i found a way to remove certain item from the game it will fix this atleast for now
