Cannot restore an accolade even though I have a knight who fulfils the

Description​

During a war, my esteemed knight and his successor died. My accolade (in this case, the Bronze Elephant) became inactive. I am unable to use the 'restore accolades' decision to get a new knight because I already have someone who fulfils the requirements, and I am unable to restore it from the UI. The only option is 'destroy'.

Steps to reproduce​

Create an accolade.
Have a knight in your realm who fulfils the requirements but is NOT the successor.
Kill the accolade knight.
Try to click 'restore accolades' - do not fulfil the requirements.
Go to inactive accolades - expected to be able to restore accolade, only option is to destroy it.
