Cannot revoke title even though I meet all criteria

I'm trying to revoke the title of an Arch-bishopric from one of my direct vassals. When I attempt to do this, the button to confirm is grayed out. The tooltip shows that I meet all of the criteria needed.

I have attached a save.

I was able to revoke it without any problems, using your save game.
