Cannot start game

I can start the launcher, but I can't start the game.
When I click PLAY button, nothing happen and only crashreport appear.
I have noidea why this things happen. I've turned off my antivirus program but notthing changed....
What should I do? Plz help me...

Specs:
CPU : Ryzen 5 3500X
GPU : Radeon RX570
RAM : 16GB
OS : Win 10 pro - 64bit

Add CK3.exe to the exceptions list of your antivirus app; ESPECIALLY if you have Windows Defender, add it to the Ransomware "Apps Allowed Through" list.

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/CK3/pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox/CK3/logs/ folder, attach system.log .

yes firewall and antivirus didn't work at all

Firstable, I really appreciate your support.
Unfortunately, downgrading GPU driver did not work....
I really wanna play CK3...
what can I do now?

I've tried another full re-install.
This time, when I pressed the PLAY button, there was no reaction!
Even the crach report message did not appeared!!!
There was only red triangle that Exclamation mark on it appeared next to the play button.
Also, the log folder was not created in the 'Documents/Paradox/CK3' directory, even I clicked PLAY button.
So, I manually ran the CK3.exe file in the binaries folder. Then, the crash report message appeared as before, and the log folder was created normally.
Here are my files. The error.log file was empty and could not be attached.

This is a weird one, I see no other cause of that problem in there.

I assume CK2 and CSL work okay on this machine?

I've format my computer, and now it's working.
I've no idea what was wrong with it,,, however now it's working! XD

I'm having the exact same issue, have followed all the same steps, and rolled back to a system restore point however I still cannot launch the game at all. This is following a previous 26 hours of play with no issues at all where from today I can no longer launch the game in any way.

It's very frustrating, and even if I go and format there is no guarantee it will prevent the issue happening again.

Edit FIXED! - Right after posting this I found Xbox Live users were having issues with their syncing, I am using STEAM and just tried disabling cloud saves, worked perfectly. No rhyme or reason why though.
