So I've been playing a Robb ACoK campaign (Mac, no submods). Early on the Others took the Wall but since then they've been dormant (Not attacking me, wildlings, or Yi Ti). I've tried to attack them but I can't use War for the Dawn on them, I tried switching to Cotter Pyke (Now Lord Commander) and declaring for his claims but that too was impossible. As far as I can discern it is simply impossible to declare war on Winter. Is there something I'm missing?
