Confirmed Can't change intent when visiting feast

Can't change intent when visiting feast

Description​

Intent does not change from "Recreation" even if confirming "Mischief" as new intent.

Maybe any other intent than "Recreation" is not selectable when not owning T&T, but then the button to change intent shouldn't be clickable at all (or not show any other possible intents).

Steps to reproduce​

Visit Liege's feast, click on "Your Intent", select "Mischief", click "Confirm", intent still says "Recreation".

For some reason bug report form doesn't query DLC ownership, so I'll list it as additional step to reproduce: do NOT own T&T
