Can't connect to game or create online game

Whenever I try to create a new online game or join one it just gets stuck on connecting to server and it only started happening with the new update so I can't play with my friends. It is also the same with my friends and it has been happening for days now. What can I do?

I've been having the same issues - this includes when starting a new game, with no mods after a fresh reinstall. "Connecting to server..." message is displayed, but no progress is made after that for either the host or other people.

Yea its annoying. but I guess we gotta wait for a fix
