Can't connect to V-net

I was playing a MP game, got a CTD. Restarted CK and tried to log on, but when I choose Multiplayer and then Valkyrienet, all it says is that it's trying to retrieve channels but fails to do so. Have no idea what to do, really. Is it a problem with V-net or my own computer? If the problem is mine, how do I solve it?
