I just noticed a strange bug (I'm sorry if he was already reported, but I didn't find anything about it).
Playing as Prussia, I was at war with Russia in 1848, I sent some divisions to conquer some provinces in order to sign a peace, but when my armies are in Russia, this happens :
(My army in Kalisz can't take the control of the province, it shows that the russians are trying to take control over their own province ! :wacko: )
After a reload I still have the same problem (I can provide a save if needed).
At the same moment, I am at war with Danemark and I can take their provinces without any problem...
