So I decided to take Aegon east and forge a glorious New Valyria and already conquered Pentos, Myr and Tyrosh. But now I'm already nearing my vassal limit since I can't create any of the ducal titles because they have the insane restriction that I have to personally own a province within the de jure duchy area. Is this WAD or am I missing something? How am I supposed to get the titles without using the console?
