Can't download DLC's

I purchased the humble bundle DLC offer and when I put the product key into Steam I got the below error -

I deleted appinfo.vdf and also verified the game integrity cache but still no DLC downloaded.

Anybody have any idea how to fix?
 
That's a Steam issue, rather than a problem with the game or keys.

Please try a Steam Flush Config
support.steampowered.com

Steam Support :: Clear download cache

support.steampowered.com support.steampowered.com


If that doesn't help we'll need to do a clean reinstall of Steam and game. Let me know and I'll lay out that process then.
