Hi, I've read the forum but can't find an answer to this question:

I would like to know if it is possible to create an event for a province, so it would happen regardless of who owns the province. For example, a big flood which would hit a specific province at a specific date, regardless of the owner. Is that possible?

It is possible. Use 'province = number' instead of 'country = tag' in events and it should work.
