Can’t get past privacy policy on PS4 Digital edition.

After updating prison architect for PS4, I’m not able to get past the paradox privacy policy. I’m not able to scroll and the X button only change is the background. None of the other buttons do anything. I’ve tried restarting the game, reinstalling the game, and restarting the console. Nothing works. What do I do?

The one post for a workaround there is:
Scroll down with the dpad, not the stick..

I had to unplug my internet, load the game, and on the top left of the screen there's an option to sign up for double 11 id. I exited the game and it still wouldn't work. I got a message from Playstation saying that I had to sign in as administrator or something like that. After I did that I was able to scroll and accept the privacy policy.

The customer there did not find that helpful, too vague basically. Can you make sense of that? It did seem promising to me!

@Fifnaril Do you have access to a PS4 or anything that might help here?

I turned off my network connection and restarted the game, and after a few error messages I got sent to the main menu. I’m able to play now, thanks!

Great! But were you able to reconnect to the network after that and still play?
