Looking for some kind of help on this, game was running fine before, I haven't played in a few days and now I can't get the game or launcher to start at all. To start, I own the Steam version of the game on Windows 11. When I try to start the game, nothing happens but Steam shows the game as running. If I check the task manager, I can see the Paradox Launcher running (shows as 3 instances collapsed into one item in the task manager), but nothing shows up outside of that. I've followed every guide I can find, multiple threads, I've uninstalled the launcher and reinstalled, done it again but deleted all the associated folders before reinstalling, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, nothing. If I try to run the game without the launcher, I get an error that says "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix the program." Then a second message that says the same exact thing except "VCRUNTIME140.dll" as the file name, then those each repeat once, then nothing.
I'm stumped on what to do here, any help would be greatly appreciated.
