I've just downloaded IGC 2.1 (after downloading and installing the EU 1.09 patch), and although all the other options are okay, for some reason I can't access the tax options.

odd...i have to ask, but did you run the patch that comes with IGC 2.1? Just in case you did not. look in the main EU directory where you unzipped IGC and run the patch.exe program.

Yes, I've run Patch, and I still can't get the tax settings to work (it's greyed out whatever happens).
It's okay - I've managed to figure out what the problem was - I checked the properties of the tax_stab file, and it was read only, so I changed it (took the check mark off).
