Can't Install

Just got the game HoI2 D and tried to install it on my PC, but when I try to install I get :

I know the problem is probably on my PC, but InstallShield support is quite cr*p, so I guess it's worth a shot ...

Yes I am, no other installs running in backroung, and the InstallShield is the latest version and up-to-date

I installed and played on another PC, so the CD is surely OK ..

Please elaborate, InstallShield is latest version. Did you install InstallShield as a standalone package, instead of running the setup.exe from the CD ?

Have you tried copying the contents from your CD to the hard drive, and run the setup from there?
