Can't investigate planet for Ketling Origins

4. When did this start happening?
Today when I got the event for the fist time

5. Can you replicate it, if so, please explain how
Not yet. Only in one game found

6. Does this happen on all saves or just specific ones?
Multiplayer save tested so far

7. What steps have you taken to try and solve this yourself (reinstall, Google error code etc)?
I tried ending current war, moving science ship to other planet, coming back to try scanning again. Situation log shows requirements as green when ship is there but I can't research the project.

sometimes specific situational log event researches require a scientist of a dedicated level or higher

Only science ship and scientist present. No level.

also are you trying to research this project from the log or directly from the science ship?

Tried all of them. Clicking button in log. Sending ship on anomaly icon from system and sending ship into system from galactic map. But it's not possible to start the project.

I try another scientist today.
