Can't Launch Cities Skylines on Steam Platform

I bought Cities Skylines on Steam and since Last week, I could't play the game.
While I pressed the start button on Steam platform, this showed the game was running, but nothing happen.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game but the situation was same. I have also download the cities skylines batch file to run without Steam platform but the problem was still existed. how to solve.

Search it on YouTube as it’s a problem with the Paradox Launcher not working so you will need to put some code in to bypass the launcher and then it will load up the game.

I have also download the cities skylines batch file to run without Steam platform but the problem was still existed. how to solve.

Then I'm afraid you have not done it right, as that will certainly fix this issue.


Download the attached cities.bat.zip file
extract from it cities.bat
Place the .bat file in your game's Steam folder (In the same place as your cities.exe)
Right click the game in your Steam library
Go to properties
Select Launch Options
Copy and Paste cities.bat %command% into the input box
X out of that screen
Run the game
