Can't load any cities

Playing the game on Xbox. I can't get any cities to load. I've tried loading old cities and starting new ones but the game crashes every time.

Please try this:

- uninstall the game from the XBox

- clear the XBox cache and game files (save game data)

- install the game again

- test with a new game BEFORE restoring any saves

I’m having the same issue. Rebooted the game, cleared the Cache etc…it just keeps crashing.

I don't know what could be causing that for you, it's clearly not a general problem.

Is this only existing cities, new ones you make now as a test, or both?

Is the the old version or the Remastered version?

The old version. It’s crashing on both new and old Cities.

Hmmm. I see other reports of crashing on save, but not on load.

Is this on the Xbox One, S or X? Do you have access to any other machine to try it on?

It’s on X Box One. Have bought a X Box Series X so shall try it on that when I receive it.
