Can't load saved game

Hello,
Any game I try to load that has more then a few months game time on it will just stall at "reading scenario" and eventually stop responding. I d-loaded the fix I saw for the expanding game file but not luck. That file said it deleted repeating techs, is that the same thing as the expanding game file bug?

Then I would say your game has become corrupt, since the expanding save bug was fixed in 1.04.

Why do you think you have the expanding save game bug?
Were your saves > 20meg?

Have you edited any files, or installed any mods?

This is not the same since it is happening to all his games not just one like in your case. Which nation did each of you play?

Well, it has happened to 50% of my games

In my case Germany though.

I notice this has been posted in the bug forum and the appropriate authourities notified elsewhere as well.

You may want to e-mail one of your saves to Vulture, It might help track this down.

It happens in every game I save, any country. After a few months game time, the save will just stall out at "reading scenario". I eventually have to shut down the program or reboot.

I would suggest following Nikolai II's link above.
You can then e-mail your game to vulture, or at least let him know you are experianceing the same problem.

Alternately, if you want to try and help find the problem, you could save every month then try and pinpoint if it is the same month that is causing the problem every time.
