Can't load the last save and the game ignores installed DLCs

Description​

After the last update (11/02/2024), each time I try to resume my game, the main menu appears instead with a message that says it's impossible to load a game either because a save is broken, or game version is incompatible, or a different set of DLC is used. When I hover a cursor on "Resume" button, it lists absent DLCs though I own them and they're active according to the launcher. When I exit the game, it craches and I can't upload a crash report.
