Can't make peace with Russia

1617 China Ming started, normal, normal.
Colonized all the far north-east Asia.
I've diplomatically annexed all my neighbours and my BB just rised from "tarnished" to "rather bad".
Ottoman Empire declared war upon me, we reached peace.
Portugal too.
And now Russia when I road the game 1707.
I've burned all his 5 trade posts, and as I select Offer Peace, I can't give him money.
And I can't find him in the far east as I don't have any Conqui.

He even landed on the Islands of Insonesia.
My land technology is only 12 and I don't want to make war with him any more, what should I do? Who can help me?

I'm a good boy and have only declared 2 times wars ,both with Causus Belli.

You should try to make white peace as far as I've experienced you they won't accept an offer with money in it. They have to ask for it them selfs in order to get peace.
When you speak about you not being able to go to their colonies (far east) is that because there is non-colonized unknown porovinces(TI) in between? if not then your ordinary armies can explore the provinces.

Oh and... Paradox staff wont bother reading your daily problems with EU2 (specially if they arent of technical origin).

Of course, you might still get answers from cool people like cooltoxic, or, modesty apart, myself.
