Can't marry and can't promise grand wedding either.

Description​

After the hotfix, I can use the grand marriage option, but my bethroted partner broke it and now I can't marry anyone, can't use grand wedding as it says I promised one.

Edit: I kept playing to see if things were going to change. Marriage and Grand wedding became unlocked when I became regent of the Holy Roman Empire.

Steps to reproduce​

Hard to tell, but having a partner break the bethrotal while being minor might do it.
