Can't play multiplayer in any of Paradox Games

Hi!
Since last friday, I've been unable to play any of the Paradox games in multiplayer, especially when it's a game where multiplayer servers are managed by Nakama or where I need to link my Paradox account. First of all, I want to say that I'm not playing cracked versions or with cracked content and it happens even when I'm not using any mods or DLCs.

It happened to me with: EU4 (Nakama, which I'm forced to use when I play with my friends), Crusader Kings III, I haven't tested yet with Victoria 3 or Stellaris but I don't think it might work. It works fine with Hearts of Iron IV, tho.

I have tried all the following: disabling my DLCs, using all of my DLCs, playing with mods, playing without mods, verifying my files, reinstalling my game, reinstalling the Paradox launcher, tried to use another Paradox account... neither of these techniques worked.

Precisely, I tried to open the multiplayer menu for EU4 but the button didn't worked (was not even gray or something like that, and the Steam button had as hovered text "trying to reconnect" or something like that). For CK3, it tried to load my account indefinitly.

I really don't know what to do about that, I'm not sure if I'm supposed to complain here or somewhere, one friend had the same problem with EU4 (I don't know about the other mods), but I found no other informations on the Internet or on this forum.

When you run HOI4 from the Steam PLAY button you get a choice of Nakama or Steam MP. Do you get this issue with both services?

Either way you need to add the .exe files for all these games to the exceptions lists of all your firewalls; Windows Defender if that's the one you use in Windows, or whatever other appo you use there. Plus possibly a firewall in your internet router/modem.
