Other than the tutorial, i can't play any of the campaigns, and i have installed the 1.08 patch and the Asian chapters expansion pack, and still nothing works, i need serious help

Well those are two totally seperate games.
And you cannot use EU 1.08 with EU:AC
Completely uninstall it all and just install EU2 and 1.08.
