Can't reform religion, get norse dynastic lineages, or perform grand marriages

Description​

I have encountered 3 primary issues, with 1 and 2 being a problem for around a week, and the third just starting today. First, despite asatru being unreformed, there only being one norse faith, the unreformed asatru, and asatru's name not changing, which it would if a reformed version appeared, it is saying that I cannot reform asatru due to a reformed version having been made. As a result, I can't reform the faith, or make a new one, since you have to reform it first to make a new one. Second, despite being norse, and having always been norse, the norse dynastic legacies are unavailable. Third, starting today with the hot fix to fix the grand marriages, I am no longer able to perform new grand marriages due to it swaying I already have one proposed. Also, as a small thing, for a like 10 year period, 90% of the childhood trait events would be just the sermon one, though that seemingly fixed itself.

Steps to reproduce​

They just happened at some point in time, and I noticed when I went to check on my ability to do the above. I don't know how they occurred
