can't reinstall Vicky

I tried reinstalling my game after deleting it to get a mod down and fixed and now I can't reinstall it. It says that the game is still on my computer whenever I try to install it but it isn't on the computer? I don't know what to do since I can't play the game now.

I think you need to remove some stuff from the register (e.g. using regedit and searching for "Victoria" or "Paradox".

Yup that is the problem, delete the registry entries.
