Can't reinstall!

I had problems starting HOI, so I uninstalled it in order to reinstall it.

But now the computer says that it is installed while it isn't. Every time I try to reinstall it it says "maintenance complete" and there is ho HOI on the computer!

I have Windows XP.

I woud be very grateful for any help!

Check the Sticky thread named "Self Help" Notice that the 1.Uninstall is a hot link, follow that link for instruction on uninstalling fully. You should then have no problems.
