Make sure you have a "save games" folder as a sub folder of Hearts of Iron/Scenarios folder.
What letter?
Do you have 1.05C installed?

However, did you put that folder in?
 
Not really sure what you mean perhaps you guys can work it out by PM or take it to your native language forum.
 
Perhaps it is best if you can comunicate with him then in your native language.
 
As I say If he has an existing relationship with Fredrik, I will let him deal with it.
