Cant save the game and 0x80830003 error code shows when game is starting up

This error code indicates that your Console is out of hard drive space. I'm guessing since your cleared your game data, this is likely not the case. (but worth checking, to be sure!) After some brief google-fu, I found an answer that helped other people with this issue.

This is kind of a long shot - and I will not fault you for not trying this - but it is maybe possible that your cloud saves are full (if this is a thing?). A helpful discord user found this article, that tells you how to clear your xbox cloud saves, if you're interested:
