Howdy, thought I'd document this bug and toss it out here for ya'll.
Okay, so here is the problem. On the customization screen (and one the level-selection screen) sometimes you can't select options that are available if you reload the game a couple of times. I'll give an example of each: I was trying to get my Baal to use the DLC, but when I clicked on it, all of the paints had "PURCHASED" and I was unable to equip them. I hit "Cancel" and went back, and was able to select one:

Then I hit "Cancel" and reload the profile page and it looks like this:

Reloading it changes some to "purchased" and some to "equip." To select a color I have to back out of profile a couple of times.
For levels, here is an example: If I go to skirmish mode I can choose the first map, Barbarian Basement. But if I click next to get to Castle Cellar it disables the "go back" option so you can't go back to Barbarian Basement.

It also does this with difficulty - to be able to switch to very easy you may have exit and re-enter the screen a bunch.
