Can't Sign up.

Are you clicking the Sign Up or Log in? I tried it myself and had no issues but I'd like to hear your experiences so it can be investigated further.

Yea same when i click sign up it scrolls down to the log in section which just reloads the page shen i click on it.

You already have a Paradox account, what happens if you click the Log In button instead and sign in with your account?

Interesting, very interesting. So (bear with me ):
- You go to http://www.steeldivisiongame.com
- Click the Log In button (instead of the Sign Up button)
- You get the error
OR
- You reach the page where you enter your account details, click submit and then get the error

I was having a similar problem, disabled Ad Block and it resolved it.

Oooo interesting! Can you guys who are experiencing this try that as well? Or check if you have any other browser plugins running and disable them?

I'm saying when i press the log in button it doesn't give me an option to sign in, it reloads the page.

- What browser are you using?
- Is it possible you've signed up to the newsletter before (easy to check under your Paradox account page > Subscriptions)?
- Do you have any browser plugins running (if you do, please disable them and refresh the page to see if that works)?

No, I still can't sign in nor sign up, it just keep reloading. Tried with Firefox and Internet Explorer and disablig Adblock.

I checked and wasn't signed up already, but signed up now from the subscription page, does this mean I will get the rewards?
- I tried with disabled plugins and still just got the page reloading

If you sign up for the newsletter manually on your Paradox account page you will also get the rewards. That's a good way to solve the current issue but I've also reported it to the developers.

I've passed it along and hopefully it will be sorted soon. As mentioned before you can still sign up to the newsletter on your Paradox account page, the button on the Steel Division website does the same .

No, the icon and in-game rewards are awarded when the game releases .
