Can't start activities

Description​

Can't start any of the activities. it says You are currently busy preparing for liege's tour. I am independant ruler. Not sure if another activities are not available, don't see any nearby rulers hosting tournaments. After death of the ruler activities were available again but still really annoying as i couldn't lose stress gain prestige, piety for 20years. Sorry that i can't upload save game file ironmode.

Steps to reproduce​

Not sure character died from old age and inherited titles from great-grandfather.
